Who we are

CoastMate is run by [LEGAL NAME, e.g. your company name and number, or your name as a sole trader]. We are the data controller for the details you give us on this website. You can contact us at hello@coastmate.co.uk.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect:

• your business name and your name
• your email address or phone number
• roughly how many craft you service a year
• what you would expect to pay per month
• whether you are happy to have a call with us
• when you gave consent

Why we use it

We use these details to contact you about CoastMate before and around its launch, and to understand what dealers need, including fair pricing. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to marketing lists.

Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@coastmate.co.uk, and we will delete your details.

Where it is stored

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Supabase stores form submissions, in its London (UK) region.
• Resend sends us an email notification of each submission.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or for no more than 12 months after CoastMate launches if you do not become a customer, whichever comes first.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@coastmate.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
